Here's a series of video's showing the construction of my navigation robot named R.A.N.G.E.R.

Video 1 shows some of the electronics hardware for this project.
Video 2 shows a minor set back as the back wheels failed, and now need to be replaced.
Video 3 shows the trolling motor rechargeable battery's.
Video 4 shows the battery box.
Video 5 shows testing fitting the battery's in the box, which is mounted inside the robot.
Video 6 shows the bare frame and drive train.
Video 7 shows the roll bar under construction.
Video 8 shows the complete platform early in construction.
More video's to follow as construction continues....

What happened to the back wheels. It looks like the bearing failed that allows the wheels to rotate., but it also looks like the tires are missing from the wheels.
Oh yah, that reminds me. Casters don't spin right if they are not straight up and down. My bot has the same problem.

I took the aluminum monster off the bench, and set it out in the sun today.

I'm not too sure why the quality is so poor. It looks better if you shrink your viewer window down to about the size of a You-Tube video.
